What changed
- Clearer waiting messages. A reply that is still running says "Working...". A bot that has not started says "Still waiting for that bot". A message held because the bot is busy says it will send when the bot is free. The Check status button is gone.
- Save to Notion is removed.
- Follow-through is not in this build.
- The sidebar no longer shows capability, proof, policy-hash or not-supported text. Tasks appear only after a proved board read, and then only real tasks.
- Saved logins appear only after a proved metadata list.
- Task-change controls and file cards stay hidden for now. This build does not prove a managed-folder path.

Mac
- Apple silicon. Signed with an Apple Developer ID, notarized by Apple and stapled.
- This is a beta.
- To install, open the downloaded file and drag Pebble to Applications.
- Download it from this page to install it.

Windows
- Not signed. The installer has no Authenticode signature, so Windows SmartScreen may warn you before it runs. Download it only from pebble.bot and check the SHA-256 checksum.

Linux
- The app is named Pebble. The Linux package name is unchanged, so an existing install upgrades in place. Settings stay where they were.
- The Arm64 packages have not been run on Arm64 hardware.

How this was checked
- The Windows and Linux files were package-checked (exact contents and SHA-256 hashes). They were not installed or run on Windows or Linux.

Not included
- No Windows zip and no AppImage.
- No automatic updates for Windows or Linux yet. Download new versions from pebble.bot.
