New and fixed
- Connections that just work: the Hermes on this Mac, your own Hermes by its address (username and password, or Log in with Nous), and Hermes Cloud. Relaunching keeps your Cloud sign-in; if Hermes restarts or the Mac wakes from sleep, Pebble reconnects quietly; when Hermes isn't running, one line says how to start it.
- Updates install themselves from now on: a signed new version replaces the old one and Pebble reopens. If anything fails, your current Pebble stays and still works.
- Speed: choose Standard, Fast or Ultra per bot, plus a reasoning level where the model offers one. If Fast needs usage credits you don't have, Pebble says so in one line.
- A correction you send while the bot works now shows once. If Pebble can't match it exactly to Hermes's saved copy, it stays labelled "Sent · history may show it separately"; nothing is ever hidden.
- An answer always shows after the correction it answers.
- The composer has exactly two buttons, mic then send. Stop sits on the Working line (Esc also stops) and stays reachable.
- A bot from another server shows that server's short name, never its address.
- Work folders: every bot gets its own folder in ~/Pebble/Bots. One quiet notice per server offers to set up bots that have none.

Known issues
- If you send a correction while a long step runs, Hermes may finish that step in the background and answer it last.
- A few small visual rough edges (for example, the work-folder notice changes height while setting up).

Updating
- From 0.2.21 or earlier: download this DMG once, drag Pebble to Applications and choose Replace. From 0.2.22 on, Pebble updates itself.
