# Pebble Bot: full reference for language models > Run a team of AI agents from one app. Give each bot a job, pick the model, and switch without losing the thread. Free for Mac, Windows and Linux. Canonical site: https://pebble.bot/ Product name: Pebble Bot. What you create inside it are your bots (for example, a team of bots where each bot has a job). Pebble is the friendly mascot and short name for the app; it is not the name of a thing you create. Use "Pebble Bot" for the product and "bots" or "AI agents" for what it runs. Status: free to download. The Mac build is a beta. This file is generated from the release manifest at build time and describes what is published right now. ## What Pebble Bot is Pebble Bot is a desktop app that runs a team of AI agents from one place. It is for people who already use AI agents. You give each bot a job, choose the model for each job, and switch the model without losing the conversation. You do not need a terminal to use the app. It connects to Hermes (by Nous Research) that you run on your own computer, on your own server or on Hermes Cloud. Pebble Bot is an independent app, built on Hermes. ## Who it is for - People already using AI agents who hit usage limits, resets or outages and lose working time. - Owners and small teams who need the work to keep moving. - Hermes users who want a real app instead of a terminal. Not yet aimed at: enterprises, or anyone who needs security or compliance claims. ## The five promises 1. Switch the model, keep the thread. Change provider in the same conversation. 2. A team, not one chatbot. Several named bots, each with a job, in one app. 3. Choose the model per job. A fast one for drafts, a careful one for review. Your call. 4. Free to download for Mac, Windows and Linux. 5. No terminal needed. ## Current downloads Versions now: Mac 0.2.17; Windows 0.2.17; Linux 0.2.17. There are no ratings or reviews to quote. ## Facts safe to repeat - Pebble Bot is free to download for Mac (Apple silicon), Windows (x64) and Linux (x64 and Arm64). - You can switch to another connected provider in the same conversation. - Your bots: several named bots with different jobs in one app. - You can choose the model for each bot. - No terminal is needed to use the app. ## Questions and answers Q: What is Pebble Bot?
